Running Client Reports in WorkforceCentral

WorkforceCentral includes operational reports that you can generate to assist with client management.

  • Enrollment and Outcome Report details client enrollment and exit outcomes, covering both employment and educational achievements.

  • Projected Activity Closures Report lists open activities along with their Last Date to Edit.

  • Projected Soft Exits Report lists enrolled applications, including their Last Date to Edit and any Co-Enrolled Agencies.

To run any operational reports:

1. From the Home page, you can navigate to the Reports menu and select the desired report, such as the Enrollment and Outcome Report.

2. Under the Enrollment and Outcome Report tab, select Fiscal Year from the drop-down menu.

3. Select the Agency.

4. Select your Program.

5. Enter the date range using Enrollment from Date and Enrollment to Date, then select Search.

You can export the search results by selecting Export to Excel.
