Completing a Client Activity

After a client has received workforce services, you must record if the client successfully or unsuccessfully completed the service. You MUST complete ALL client activities before you exit a client from the program.

For 1-day activities, an activity is completed at the same time it is added

To complete a client activity:

1. From the Enrolled Programs menu, select All Processes.

2. Under the Activity Records section, select Activity Details.

3. Under Activity Details, select Edit in the top right corner.

4. Select an Activity Completion Status.

5. Enter an Activity Completion Date.

6. Select Update.

If you don't complete the activity, the system will automatically close the record with an Activity Completion Status of "Activity Closed" 30 days after the Projected End Date.
