WorkforceCentral is a web-based client management system used by the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) to monitor workforce program client service delivery.

The purpose of this guide is to provide guidance to agencies on how to use WorkforceCentral to register and enroll clients into services.

The guide is divided into five sections:

  1. Client Intake

  2. Accessing WorkforceCentral

  3. Registering a Client

  4. Client Enrollment

  5. Reporting

This guide does not detail all workforce program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. If you have questions about workforce program policies or procedure, please contact your program manager.
