Complete a Technical Assistance Service

To complete a service:

  1. From the Client Applications page, select View Service for the service to be completed.

  2. At the bottom of the page, select the Edit button.

  3. Enter the Service end date.

  4. Enter any additional service details or outcomes required for the service if applicable.

  5. Select the Update button.

For 1-day activities like a service referral, an activity can be completed at the same time it is added.

Some services have additional service details and outcomes that must be entered when completing the services. A complete list of these services, their details, and their outcomes are included in the Documentation on Service Types page in the Appendix.
