Introduction

SmallBusinessCentral is a web-based data management system used by the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD). It is used to monitor and track service delivery to San Francisco small businesses and small business entrepreneurs by non-profit community partners. The purpose of this guide is to show users of SmallBusinessCentral how to register clients in the system, enroll them into services, and track outcomes. The document is divided into four sections:
